10 Ways to Turn Bigger Patterned Paper Scraps into BEAUTIFUL Cards created by Sarah Phelan from Sarah's Stampin' Retreat
Hello Crafters! How are you? I have some exciting news for those of you that are following along with my whole paper pad use-up series… today I have another instalment for you! This time I’m using up some of the bigger paper scraps that are left when you come to the end of a paper pad. I have ideas for using up busier papers and those which don’t really stand out at all. I even have an idea for those bigger scraps that maybe have a corner cut out and so are more difficult to use!
I’ve combined my patterned papers today with some of the gorgeous floral and butterfly images from a couple of the collage books by Maremi’s Small Art (linked in supply list). They are FULL of heaps of images ready for you to cut out and add to your projects. There are literally HUNDREDS of images in each book, making them a pretty cost effective way to add a focal point to your cards.
For those of you who are new around here, this selection of cards has been created as a part of a series where I’m using up an entire (large) paper pad. We have covered lots of topics to help you use up your paper pads, such as what to do with those difficult papers that are really intended for scrapbooking, how to make the most of your favourite papers, and how to use up your scraps. To catch up on the series, you can access all of the related blog posts HERE
