Vellum Christmas Cards created by Sarah Phelan from Sarah's Stampin' Retreat using Spellbinders July 2024 Clubs
Hello Crafters! How are you? I had so much fun creating these Christmas cards using vellum! I used it as a card base, hot foiled onto it, and embossed it to create different looks. I’m totally IN LOVE with this month’s Spellbinders Clubs. They have a Christmas in July theme and I think they look awesome on these cards! I’m so happy to have made some of my Christmas cards already – I hate that last minute rush!
I came up with this colour palette a little bit by accident – I was looking for a colour to go with the traditional red and green and came upon the sage green by accident. It’s actually one of my favourite cardstock colours but I usually only pair it with soft colours – I really like it with the pop of bold red and green on the skating card! It was out of stock for AGES in the UK Spellbinders store, so I bought 2 packs when it came back into stock as I really missed having it!
