Handmade Foil Cards created by Sarah Phelan from Sarah's Stampin' retreat using the Fab Foilers from Wow! Embossing
Hello Crafters! How are you? A lot of you will know that I LOVE my hot foil machine, but I know it’s not a tool that everybody has in their craft room, so today I decided to try something a little different – fab foilers! Fab Foilers are a product from Wow! Embossing that allows you to pop a pattern through your laminator with a sheet of foil, and it comes out as a beautifully foiled pattern! I’ll be showing you 3 ways to use them for different looks! The beautiful foils come in so many colours and all you need to use them is a laminator – no fancy foiling machines required!
I’ve had these fab foilers for a while because I love them, but my laminator is probably around 20 years old, and hasn’t been used for about 18, so I didn’t think it could possibly do the job, but I decided to try it out and I’m so glad I did!! It actually did a really beautiful job! So you can absolutely get this super gorgeous foiled look with a very basic machine!
Check out the video below to see the tutorial for all of these cards, then scroll to the bottom of the post to find links to the supplies you will need to create it!
