Adding sparkle to a cute card created by Sarah Phelan from Sarah's Stampin' Retreat using the Wow! Building Blocks Quad of Embossing Powders
Hello Crafters! How are you? Today I’m going to show you how to add sparkle to a cute card using specialty embossing powders! And not only that, but they give a wonderful dimension too! The powder I’ve used for today’s card is from the Building Blocks quad which was a collaboration with Seth Apter that Wow! did earlier in the year. It’s a beautiful industrial looking set of powders, but this one is really subtle and gives a beautiful shine and dimension to your projects. Embossing die-cuts is one of my favourite things to do, because it completely transforms your cardstock and makes your cards really stand out from the crowd! Of course, I HAD to take it a step further and add some rhinestone gems too!
If you like the sentiment die that I’ve used for this card then please don’t forget to use my In Love Art Shop discount – the dies are linked at the bottom of the post, and by adding the discount code sarah30 you can get a 30% discount off everything in the shop until end January 2025.
