Good Morning crafters!! Did you have a lovely Easter weekend? Today I’m sharing a gorgeous simple stamped card using the Beautiful Friendship stamp set from Stampin’ Up. I got this idea from the catalogue – I loved it so much that I had to create a version of my own.
Product ListI like the format of the newer style catalogues that Stampin’ Up has produced – the inspiration images are beautiful, and there are often at least 3 ideas of what to do with each stamp set, with many more than that for stamps that are part of a larger product suite. I’m looking forward to seeing what will be in the new annual catalogue – it comes out in June but one of the perks of being a demonstrator is that we get a sneak preview in about a week!
Read on for the tutorial and the full shopping list!
To start your card, create an A6 card blank by scoring and folding an A5 piece of Whisper White thick cardstock in half.
Stamp the flowers and leaves using Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo and Shaded Spruce inks, then use the Flirty Flamingo to stamp your sentiment onto a scrap of Petal Pink cardstock.
Cut your sentiment out with a stitched rectangle die and add it to your card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. It’s sooo simple, you could make a whole bunch of these pretty quickly – why not try a load of different colour combos? I stamped the back of the envelope to match too!
I hope you enjoyed this project. Click the links below to shop the products used to make it.
