Good Morning Crafters!! I hope you had a lovely sunny Easter weekend!! This morning I’m sharing a card using the gorgeous Beautiful You stamp set. This is one of my all time favourite stamp sets so I thought it was about time I pulled it out again. It’s so easy to make simple gorgeous cards with this set!!
This card is really simple to make. Start off by making a 5″x7″ card blank by scoring and folding a 5″x10″ piece of Basic Grey cardstock in half.
Next, cut a piece of Basic Black cardstock measuring 3″ x 5″ and a piece of Whisper White cardstock 1/4″ smaller than that. Stamp the image of the girl with the umbrella on the white cardstock, and then stamp the “Happy Birthday Gorgeous” (or other sentiment of your choice) under that using Black ink.
Colour your image with Stampin’ Blends (I used Pool Party, Calypso Coral and Ivory, then simply glue your image onto the Black cardstock layer and then add this to your card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete your card, add a piece of Whisper White cardstock 1/4″ smaller than your card front to the inside of your card and stamp the image of the girl in the corner.
