Handmade Best Dressed Window Shopping card created by UK Stampin' Up Demonstrator Sarah Phelan from Sarah's Stampin' Retreat using the Best Dressed patterned papers from Stampin' Up
Good Morning Crafters!! And Happy Easter!! I hope you’re enjoying your bank holiday weekend. Today I’m sharing a gorgeous girly card with the nicest sentiment: “Kindness is always in style”. All of the lovely shoes and handbags are cut from the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper, so no colouring required today!
Product ListRead on for the tutorial and full shopping list for this card
To create your card blank, score and fold an A5 piece of Basic Gray cardstock in half. Then, cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock 1/4″ smaller than your card front, stick it to your card front, and stick two thin strips of Basic Gray cardstock across it to form shelves.
Use Black Memento ink to stamp the “Kindness is always in style” sentiment on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock, then use one of your stitched square dies to cut it out. Cut a Basic Gray square 1/4″ bigger than this and layer your sentiment on top, then use Stampin’ Dimensionals (foam pads) to add your sentiment to the centre of your card.
To complete your card, just cut some of the shoes and handbags from your Best Dressed paper pack and stick them onto your shelves, adding some with glue and some with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
