Create Stunning Card Designs With Stencils

Hello Crafters, how are you? If you saw the sneak peek of this month’s Spellbinders Clubs that I did on Thursday, you’ll also have had a sneak peek at today’s cards! I used the stencil of the month club to create some lovely bold stencilled card designs. I think this has to be my favourite club this month because it’s not only beautiful but really versatile! There are not one, but two sets of layering stencils in the one club, and they can be used to create beautiful layered patterns on your cards, but many of the individual stencils create beautiful patterns on their own too, without the layered aspect. And then, to make things even better, one of the sets of stencils that you get works with the embossing folder of the month, so you can get lots of added dimension to your pattern, and the other works with the Betterpress of the Month, which adds an outline to the pattern and creates a more delicate effect. I went for bold colours in my designs for today’s video, but these would be equally beautiful in delicate pastel colours, or even monochromatic colour schemes! The possibilities are endless!

I created a couple of Mother’s Day Cards within this set as Mother’s Day’s coming up at the end of the month in the UK, but I think these cards could be used for a multitude of occasions – just swap out the sentiments!
