CREATE Your Own Magic Light Up Space Pop-Up Box Card!

Hello Crafters! How are you? Today I’m sharing an interactive space pop-up box card. I used a space theme to appeal to children because I think that they will find this card truly magical! It has a circuit behind the large planet with a reed switch which is activated by a magnet; when you “land” the rocket on the large planet, the stars light up, and when you take the rocket away again, it turns off again!

This was just so much fun to create, and my 6 year old has been showing it to everyone; he absolutely LOVES it! Everything you need for the circuit is from the fabulous Chibitronics range, and all of the space themed products are from a lovely UK-based small (home-run) business called Sticker Kitten. They have such a cute range of products!
