Hello Crafters! How are you? I have a really fun spotlight colouring technique for you today!! These are some cards I created for the latest Creative Stamping magazine using the stamps and dies that come in the magazine. It’s a really lovely technique to do, because it allows you to really create a focal point to your image by only colouring a select part of it and leaving the rest uncoloured. I think this adds a nice level of additional interest to your cards. I’ve shown 5 ideas for spotlighting your colouring in different ways, but you could use this technique with any layout you fancied.
I love the gifts that come with this month’s magazine – the stamp set is HUGE, and perfect for the nature lovers in your life, of which I have a lot! And the small die set contains really useable sentiments.
