Handmade Pancake Day Card created by Sarah Phelan from Sarahs Stampin Retreat using the Baketime Digital Stamp from Polkadoodles
Hello Crafters! How are you? Do you ever have an occasion where you want a particular type of image but none of your stamps are quite right? I had that recently, and thought I’d share how I overcame it with you. I needed to create a Pancake Day card for a Design Team challenge. I had baking stamps, but nothing that really made me think of pancake day. So I decided to switch up a stamped image!! I removed the cupcakes and replaced them with pancakes!! It was a really simple little swap and it made the image just right for the occasion.
I used the Polkadoodles Baketime digi stamp for this little switcharoo, but you could totally do it with your ordinary stamped images too!! Why not take out some stamps today and think about what little changes you could make to create the perfect image for your next card. It’s a great way to stretch your stash that little bit further!!
