Layered Card created by Sarah Phelan from Sarahs Stampin Retreat with the Betterpress of the Month Club from Spellbinders
Hello Crafters! How are you? I’m sooo excited to share today’s card with you. This card was one of those amazing times when I had an idea in my head and then it actually turned out better than I expected on paper! It’s a layered card created from 2 layers of the Betterpress Plate from the Betterpress of the Month club from Spellbinders. I love how the Betterpress gives such beautiful crisp, even lines to the image!
I coloured this image with my Karin markers which I got them for my birthday in March. I’m still testing and getting used to them, but each time I use them I love them more and more! I love that you can use them on their own to create the flat colour of the blue in the background, but also use them with the blender pens to create the tonal effects on the rest of the panel. Each piece (for example a flower, or a leaf) is coloured with one coloured pen used with the blender to give all of those tones!
