Must Try Double Masking Technique You NEED For Your Single Layer Cards!

Hello Crafters! How are you? Today I’m sharing the final card for my Level 3 Altenew Educator course! Wow, that seems to have gone quickly!! It showcases a double masking technique that’s fab for adding interest to one-layer cards! I took the idea for the stripey background from the class – Creative Masking Techniques (which you can find HERE), and then combined it with masking of a stamped image to create a really cool two layer look for a single layer card!

I’ve chosen to use the torn stripes in the background here, but there are so many things you could do! Why not die-cut some circle masks for a spotty background? Or see which of your coverplate dies you could use for cool looks too?
