Posted for You Cluster Handmade Birthday Card

Hello Crafters! How are you today? Today I’m sharing a cluster card using elements from the Posted for You bundle, and some from the Forever Gold Laser-Cut Speciality paper. In case you’ve not come across a cluster card before, it’s exactly what it says on the tin – a selection of coordinating embellishments arranged in a cluster on your card. And I thought that the Posted for You bundle was perfect for this type of card as it has so many cute little elements. I love the shape of the postage stamp style punch!

Tutorial – Posted for You Cluster Handmade Birthday Card

To create your card front, score and fold a 5″ x 10″ piece of Night of Navy cardstock in half. Then, cut a 4″ piece of Gold Foil Sheet and a 3 3/4″ piece of Night of Navy cardstock to be your matts and layers.

Stamp the floral image from the Posted for You stamp set onto some Pool Party cardstock with Night of Navy ink and colour it with your Stampin’ Blends. Cut the image out using the coordinating punch.

Stamp the “Happy Birthday” sentiment onto a scrap of Magenta Madness cardstock with Night of Navy ink and cut it out with a Stitched Rectangle die.

Punch a postage stamp shape out of Magnta Madness cardstock and another one from Bermuda Bay, Then cut some of the grid out of one of the card fronts in the Forever Gold pack.

Heat emboss the Post Mark in gold on the Navy Blue layer [not sure how to heat emboss? Check out my video tutorial HERE], then glue this to the Gold Foil layer and add them to your card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Layer up all of your prepared elements with a couple of the leaf elements from the Forever Gold papers, then finish your card off by adding a few Gold Metallic Pearls.
