Good Morning Crafters!! Did you know that today’s the last day that you can purchase the beautiful Snowflake Showcase products? I’ve had so much fun creating projects using this set!! Check out my instagram (@sarahsstampinretreat) for more projects. Today’s card combines the Festive Farmhouse DSP with the Snowfall Thinlits Dies and the Snow is Glistening Stamp Set.
So onto the tutorial for today’s card…
To create the card base, cut an A4 piece of Merry Merlot cardstock in half, the score it down the middle and fold it into a card blank.
Next, cut a piece of Copper Foil Sheet to the same width as your card front, and 2 3/4″ high. Layer a piece of the green snowy DSP from the Festive Farmhouse DSP measuring the same width but 2 1/2″ high on top of this, and wrap some of the Merry Merlot and Copper ribbon around the centre, attaching it at the back of the panel.
To create the focal point, cut the largest snowflake from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies from Whisper White Cardstock, then stamp the “Joy” sentiment from the Snow is Glistening stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink. Cut around this with one of your Stitched Circle Framelit Dies then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to stick it to the centre of your snowflake.
Add your snowflake to your DSP panel, then add the panel to your card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete your card, cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock 1/4″ smaller each way than your card front. Use one of your snowflake stamps to stamp a snowflake in the top left hand and bottom right hand corners, then stick this inside your card ready to write your greeting.
I hope you enjoyed this project. Click the links below to shop the products used to make it.
