Hello Crafters! How are you? I have some fun cards for you today showing how to stretch your supplies. I’ve taken one inexpensive cover plate die, and 3 metallic embossing powders (that a lot of people already have in their stash) and I’ve created 3 cards with them.
I chose metallic embossing powders because they’re something that most people have in their stash, but they’re often reserved only for sentiments, so I wanted to have some fun with them. Check out my video below for loads of hints and tips, like how to achieve a metallic ombre effect, how to heat emboss those small pieces with no problems, and how to stretch your coverplates!
This coverplate die was a gift I chose from In Love Art Shop. They’ve kindly given me an exclusive discount code to share with you lovely lot, giving you 25% off their entire shop. Just enter sarah25 at checkout!
Check out the video below to see how to create this project yourself, then scroll to the bottom of the post to find links to the supplies you will need to create it!
