Good Morning Crafters!! How are you today? Today I’m sharing one of the projects that I made with a lovely group of beginner crafters at a workshop I did recently. It’s a handmade tag using the Beautiful You stamp set. We made 5 different projects with this being the first as it’s so simple it’s great for beginners or as a bulk make if you have a lot to get through. You could even make it a bit longer and use one of the more inspirational quotes from the set as opposed to the birthday one and use it as a bookmark!

Beautiful You Clear-Mount Stamp Set 143637 Price: £26.00

I love the Beautiful You stamp set; it’s so versatile and so many different age groups love the imagery on it; it can be used from teens to your Great Grandma!!

Tutorial – Beautiful You Handmade Tag

To create the base of your tag, cut a 2″ x 4″ piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and punch the top of it with the Tag Topper Punch.

Stamp the lady in the fitted dress from the Beautiful You stamp set in Black Memento Ink, then stamp over the dress with Powder Pink ink using one of the stamps that looks like a watercolour wash.

Turn your tag over and stamp the “Happy Birthday Gorgeous” sentiment in Black Memento Ink, then compete your tag by tying a length of Powder Pink shimmer ribbon through the top.

So simple but very effective!!!

I hope you enjoyed this project. Click the links below to shop the products used to make it.
