Bloom Where You're Planted

Handmade Storage Box using Bloom Where You’re Planted

Hello Lovely Crafters! How are you? Today I’m sharing something a little bit different – a box that’s more sturdy than the ones I usually create because I’ve designed it as a storage box. It has a ribbon tie closure and uses upcycled packaging from the back of a pack of Foil Sheets.

There are more steps to this box than usual, but it’s not too difficult as long as you take your time, and definitely worthwhile doing if you want storage that you can customise to suit your work area. You could, of course, create this with any of your patterned papers (as long as it’s good quality), but I chose to use this gorgeous paper from the Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP (patterned paper) pack.

Bloom Where You’re Planted 12″ X 12″ (30.5 X 30.5 Cm) Designer Series Paper [155696] £10.75

I ended up deciding to just leave my storage as seen in the picture, but I think that it could also look nice decorated with some of the potted plants from the DSP too.
