Hello Crafters! How are you? Today I’m sharing a couple of really cool embossing techniques. I’m working through the modules on my Altenew Certified Educator course and I created this one using inspiration from the Impressive Heat Embossing course (which you can find HERE). It’s a great course, particularly if you’re new to heat embossing and are looking for different ways to use it. For this card I combined the technique where you use embossing with stencils with the ombre heat embossing technique. If you’ve been following my blog for a while you’ll have seen me use both of these techniques before individually, but I thought that for this card it would be fun to combine them. I LOVE the result!!
If you have a lot of thank you cards to create, this is actually a great one to mass produce as it’s not too difficult or time consuming, but you get lovely shine and a beautiful card!

I like the grunge of this card—such a perfect masculine look to it. Also reminds me of sand, it has such a beautiful texture :)
Thanks Erum! Yes, all that heat embossing does have a lovely texture doesn't it?!
