Good Morning Crafters! Today I’m sharing a card made with the lovely Quilted Christmas DSP pack. How cute are those little trees?! And they’re so easy to make. I made a variety of these cards with different coloured trees and backed some with Garden Green cardstock with Garden Green text and some using Real Red. I’ve used the Garden Green for the instructions below but you could easily swap this out for a colour of your choice.
Start your card with an A6 card blank created from an A5 piece of Thick Whisper White cardstock scored and folded in half.
For the trees, cut the triangles out of the piece of Quilted Christmas DSP with triangles on it. Cut a 1/4 inch strip of Early Espresso cardstock, then cut this down into 3/4 inch pieces to create trunks. Glue the trunks to the back of the triangles to create trees.
Use the largest Stitched Square Framelit die to cut a square out of Whisper White cardstock. Cut a Garden Green square of cardstock 1/4″ larger than the Stitched Square and layer the Stitched Square on top of it. Arrange three of your trees on the stitched Square, lifting the centre one up with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
Add your tree topper to your card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete your card, stamp the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Merry Mistletoe stamp set in Garden Green ink at the bottom of your card.
I hope you enjoyed this project. Click the links below to shop the products used to make it.
