Handmade Cards Created by Sarah Phelan from Sarah's Stampin' Retreat using Pinkfresh Studio Blooming Peony Layering Stencils
Hello Crafters! How are you? Today I’m sharing some different ways to stretch your stash of layering stencils. I’ve chosen to use a gorgeous set from Pinkfresh Studio called Blooming Peony. I chose this, partly because I think it’s really beautiful, and partly because it is a set that fills a card front, and I think that these can be particularly hard to think of different ways to use. My mind, anyway, just automatically goes to ways of using it as a whole card front, so I had to step back from that to get my creative juices flowing.
I love how they turned out, but I did find myself wishing that I’d done another one without the outline stamp. I love the printed look of the ones with the outline, but the one without turned out so beautifully soft!! Which is your favourite? Let me know in the comments!
