Hello Crafters! How are you? I created today’s card for an Instagram hop showcasing some of Altenew’s floral stamps. I wanted to try something different, so instead of colouring my flowers with different shades of the same colour, I tried using different colours within similar families. I’ve called this “rainbow inking” because I love the colourful rainbow vibes that it produced. What do you think? Do you like this or do you prefer more realistic flower colours? For this flower I used the gorgeous Build-A-Garden Blooming Delight set from Altenew. I love that the huge floral takes up most of a 5″ x 7″ card front, so is perfect for those of you that create larger cards, but can also be cut down to fit on a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card front like I’ve done here.
